Measure the area where the waistband of your pants will sit. For example, if you wear 32" pants, choose the size accordingly. For high-waist belts, we recommend you choose one size smaller than your usual pants size.
All Luna Belts have 6 holes spaced 1" apart. This is so you always have a hole on the left and a hole on the right for more options.
